After working for a few years in a law firm and enjoying raising her two daughters, Ludivine finally decided to focus on her all-time passion: Pastries.
At home, in her little kitchen, Ludivine began to bake classic French pastries such as macarons, tarts, canelés . . . so many creations.
Energized by the success of her delicious desserts among friends & family, and inspired by the culinary education she received from the best French pastry schools ( Lenôtre, Ducasse ), Ludivine decided to pursue her dream and opened her own business in 2016 in Los Angeles.
